Job Description

SS Technologies is hiring confident and customer-focused professionals for our US Voice Process Sales / Customer Support Team in Sector 62, Noida.

We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills who are comfortable interacting with US-based customers and working in a night shift.

Candidates with previous International BPO / US Voice Process / Sales / Customer Support experience will be preferred. However, freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with US-based customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, complaints, and support requests.
• Promote and sell products/services wherever applicable.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Achieve assigned sales, quality, and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
