• Review candidate documents and upload to client VMS portals.
• Complete I-9 form and E-Verification for candidates.
• Provide regular updates to clients on onboarding status.
• Coordinate with background check agencies for verification and immunizations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Handling complete onboarding process including sending offer letters, initiating background checks, drug testing, health screening/immunizations, exams, and skills checklist while maintaining and tracking onboarding status for each candidate.
2. Reviewing and sending client-specific onboarding documents to candidates.
3. Reviewing candidate documents and uploading them into client VMS portals.
4. Completing I-9 form and E-Verification process for candidates.
5. Responding to clients and providing regular updates regarding onboarding status.
6. Coordinating with background check agencies related to background verification, drug screening, and immunizations.
