Candidates should have 2+ years in US non-IT recruitment, be adept with ATS systems, and demonstrate measurable KPI achievement. The role offers growth opportunities with incentives and a focus on quality hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
• Expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and other Non-IT fields in recruitment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and more.
• Track record of meeting goals and KPIs.
• Proficiency using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Strong sourcing skills and Boolean Search expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete End-to-End Recruitment lifecycle.
• Source and screen candidates to meet hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate relationships and tracks KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with work authorization requirements.

Salary range: (Negotiable based on relevant experience) + Performance Incentives up to 24 Lakhs

Work timings: 2:30 PM IST - 11:30 PM IST
