Job summary

Feuji Software Solutions seeks an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team. You will drive direct sourcing, leverage LinkedIn and social networks, and manage end-to-end recruitment across vanilla, niche and senior roles.

The role requires strong Boolean and X-ray search skills, knowledge of US work authorizations (W2, 1099, C2C) and familiarity with Ceipal ATS. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in hiring for vanilla, niche and senior roles.
• Hands on experience with US work authorizations & visas (W2, 1099, C2C).
• End to end recruitment from requirements understanding to candidate engagement.
• Experience with ATS, preferably Ceipal.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• End to end recruitment from requirements understanding, sourcing top notch candidates from the market, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement.
• Experience with ATS (Ceipal) and US candidate engagement across North America time zones.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Result driven US IT Recruitment professional with proven experience in direct sourcing techniques.
• Expert level sourcing techniques (Job portals, LinkedIn, social media).
• Good in Boolean search, X-ray search techniques.
• Hands on experience with types of US work authorizations & types of Visa.
• Hands on experience in Tax terms (W2, 1099) and C2C.
• Good knowhow in US Time zones, States and North America geography.
• 5-8 years of experience in hiring for vanilla, niche and senior roles.
