Job summary

Trident Consulting is seeking a seasoned US IT Recruiter to handle high-priority staffing needs in the United States. Location is Coimbatore on-site with night shift hours aligned to PST.

The role requires hands-on sourcing, screening, and closing of candidates across IT roles. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, RPS license and various job boards to build pipelines, coordinate interviews, negotiate terms, and manage offers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with direct client recruiting and US staffing.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and RPS license.
• Experience with MSP/VMS programs.
• Strong knowledge of US IT roles, W2 processes, and work authorization.
• Proven ability to source, screen, submit, and close candidates quickly.

Responsibilities

• Work on Direct Client requirements across IT and Non-IT domains.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and internal databases.
• Utilize Boolean search, networking, referrals, social media sourcing, and cold calling to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification assessments, including experience, communication, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
• Submit qualified candidates within required timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.
• Manage offer processes, onboarding coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within ATS systems.
• Verify candidate work authorization and employment eligibility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and internal recruitment standards.
• Track recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, and placements.
