StaffXpert LLC is seeking an Entry-Level IT Recruiter to join their Noida-based team. The role targets sourcing, screening, and submitting best-fit candidates for US IT staffing, with a focus on effective sourcing through portals and social platforms.

The candidate will work to meet daily KPIs, manage multiple requirements, and collaborate with Account Managers and BDMs to coordinate interviews and client discussions. Night shift awareness is required, and a reliable setup is essential.

Qualificações

• 3 months to 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
• Understanding of US work visas, tax terms, pay rates, and profit margins.
• Strong negotiation, candidate engagement, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably CEIPAL.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and X-Ray searches.
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot to improve sourcing efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Reliable laptop and stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet daily targets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and work on assigned requirements received from Account Managers (AMs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs).
• Source, screen, and submit the best-fit candidates from the market within best time.
• Understand job descriptions (JDs) and identify suitable candidates through job portals, open-source platforms, and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Maintain daily reports, track candidate submissions, and follow up on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with BDMs to coordinate with candidates and schedule phone screenings, interviews, and client discussions with points of contact (POCs) or end customers.
• Identify top talent, negotiate pay rates, and ensure candidates align with client budgets and requirements.
• Review and optimize candidate resumes to improve their relevance and suitability for client submissions, while ensuring all information remains accurate.
• Meet daily KPIs, maintain recruitment reports, and contribute to business growth and revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 months to 2 years of experience in the US IT Staffing industry. Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
• Good understanding of US work visas, tax terms, pay rates, and profit margins.
• Strong negotiation, candidate engagement, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably CEIPAL.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and X-Ray searches.
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot effectively to improve sourcing efficiency, understand job requirements, and streamline recruitment workflows.
• A reliable laptop and stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet daily recruitment targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in IT or software development, such as B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, or a related degree.
• Candidates based in or around Noida or Meerut will be preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related technologies will be an added advantage.
