The position focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for US-based clients, with work performed onsite in Amritsar.

• Conduct initial candidate calls to assess communication, technical experience, availability and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Work towards recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of qualified profiles.
