Job summary

Amoha Recruitment Services LLC in Ahmedabad and Gurgaon is seeking US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates for US IT positions, conducting outreach via calls, LinkedIn and email, and coordinating through the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate has excellent English communication, is willing to work US night shift, and can thrive in a target-driven environment with five days a week. Freshers with strong communication are welcome.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shift.
• Comfortable working 5 days a week.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong learning ability and a target-oriented approach.
• Basic understanding of computers, MS Office, and LinkedIn.
• US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience preferred, but freshers with strong communication can apply.
