Job summary

Saicon is seeking a recruitment specialist to partner with clients, define job specs, and drive end-to-end sourcing across US time zones from India. The role involves sourcing through portals and networks, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit.

You will handle US tax terms and work authorization processes, maintain the ATS, and negotiate offers while onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and define job specs and hiring strategy.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Handle US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.).
• Coordinate interviews with clients across US time zones (night shifts in India).
• Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate salary, rates, and offers, and ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.
• Stay updated on US labor laws, visa processes, and market trends to ensure compliance and better hiring decisions
