Job summary

Quantum Integrators is seeking a hands-on US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to placement. The role requires coordinating across W2, C2C, and 1099 terms and sourcing through portals, ATS, and networks.

You will collaborate with account managers to meet client hiring needs, handle salary negotiations, and onboarding. Immediate joining is preferred in Pune, onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of tax terms & visa classifications (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizens, etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work comfortably in US EST time zone.

Responsibilities

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)

Shift: US EST

Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years

Joining: Immediate to 2–3 weeks (Immediate joiners preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing candidates).
• Work across W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
• Source candidates via job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS, and networking.
• Manage interviews, salary/rate negotiations, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong consultant/vendor networks.
• Collaborate with account managers to meet client hiring needs.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
