Job summary

MSH Business Consulting in Kolkata is seeking a US Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruiting efforts for US-based roles. You will design and implement a proactive TA strategy, manage end-to-end recruitment, and collaborate with US counterparts to build strong candidate pipelines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruitment, fluency in English, and hands-on experience with ATS and MS Office. Knowledge of IT roles such as Full-Stack, DevOps, and Java is a plus.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven US Talent Acquisition experience to join our team! As a US TA Consultant, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll oversee planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company with a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practice

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with US TA Team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals as well as pipelines for ongoing/upcoming searches.
• Strong understanding of various IT skill sets
• Manage multiple tasks supporting more than one US counterpart at one time.
• Getting on daily calls with US counterpart.
• Continuously expands networks to generate lists of possible candidates through job boards, ATS, websites, blogs, etc.
• Monitors, tracks and logs talent community network and source sites for various outreach programs.
• Sources passive candidates through extensive generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, and existing talent pool database searching.
• Provide ongoing feedback to recruitment team on the marketplace to keep managers informed about realistic expectations.
• Works with the Talent Acquisition team to define, develop and drive research processes, data collection, and technologies associated with the candidate generation function.
• Monitors trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies.
• Utilizes social media and networking platforms for sourcing.
• Participate in the execution and coordination of Executive hiring.

Requirements:

• Must have fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Proven experience of 3+ years minimum in recruitment function
• In-depth knowledge of talent systems and software
• Excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience in identifying & sourcing talented professional utilizing various job portals, referrals, headhunting, competitor mapping, and an existing database on daily basis.
• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Understanding & analysing the requirement.
• Having experience in taking In-take calls will be an added advantage.
• Mentoring the team and reviewing the searches as per the need.
• Should have experience recruiting on roles like Full-Stack, Devops, Automation, Product Manager, Testing, .NET, Java. Tech Architect, Engineering Director.
• Experience in using any of the ATS will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills are a must.
• Good team player. Having a collaborative attitude.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in any field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Recruitment roles, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Candidates.
