Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of U.S. IT staffing experience with emphasis on W2 recruitment.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours from India.
• Knowledge of visa types and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle for contract IT roles serving U.S.-based clients.

• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, and proactive outreach.

Job Description

• Own the full recruitment life cycle for contract IT roles supporting U.S.-based clients
• Partner closely with U.S. Account Managers and Delivery teams to understand hiring priorities and client expectations
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal ATS tools, and proactive outreach strategies
• Conduct detailed pre-screens to assess technical skills, communication abilities, work authorization, and availability
• Submit a consistent pipeline of high-quality, client-ready candidate profiles on a weekly basis
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within ATS and VMS platforms
• Communicate effectively with candidates and consultants via phone, email, and messaging tools
• Coordinate interview scheduling, preparation, and post-interview follow-ups
• Support onboarding, redeployment, and ongoing consultant relationship management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. IT staffing with strong emphasis on W2 recruitment
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Proven ability to work U.S. business hours and collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders
• Solid understanding of U.S. hiring practices, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and common visa types
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn and VMS tools like Beeline or Fieldglass
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work environment
