Job summary

Nisource Technologies is seeking a US IT Recruiter to join our Bengaluru team. Fresher candidates are welcome; the role requires strong communication skills and the ability to source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

You will screen candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain our recruitment tracker while adapting to US recruitment processes. The position involves night shifts aligned to US time zones and requires willingness to work from the office.
