We’re looking for a driven US IT Recruiter to join our high-energy recruiting team and own the full-cycle recruitment process.

Role Summary

As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly skilled IT professionals (developers, architects, engineers, consultants) into contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver top talent — fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and present qualified IT candidates for roles in SAP, Java, Python, AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, Kafka, MQ, etc.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, GitHub, Boolean search strings, and internal ATS to build talent pipelines.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers to understand job requirements, client culture, and urgency.
• Candidate Experience: Conduct technical phone screens, coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and guide candidates through offer and onboarding.
• Submission Excellence: Prepare formatted resumes, skill matrices, and submission summaries to increase interview-to-offer ratios.

• Contact 50+ quality candidates/day
• Submit 2–3 high-quality profiles/day
