• Experience managing HR operations across multiple BUs or large employee populations
• Strong understanding of US HR practices, compliance, benefits and documentation
• Experience with attrition, retention, engagement, performance management and escalations
• Ability to build HR MIS, dashboards and workforce reports
• Experience with HRMS; Zoho People or similar tools
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work US shift and manage multiple priorities across three BUs
• Proactive in identifying gaps and implementing process improvements

Responsibilities

• Manage US HR Operations across three BUs and large employee populations
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, policies and governance
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, headcount, attrition, costs and related metrics
• Collaborate with US/onshore HR teams and senior stakeholders
• Leverage HRMS (Zoho People) and tooling for automation and governance
• Ensure confidentiality and high integrity in handling sensitive data
• Identify operational gaps and implement standardized HR practices

Position: US HR Operations Manager

Location: Hyderabad(Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• 15+ years of progressive US HR Operations experience with significant exposure to US employee lifecycle management.
• Strong hands‑on experience in US hiring, onboarding, offboarding, HR policies, documentation, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience managing HR operations across multiple Business Units and/or large employee populations.
• Strong understanding of US HR practices, employment compliance, benefits, employee documentation, and HR governance.
• Strong experience in attrition, retention, employee engagement, performance management, and employee grievance/escalation handling.
• Build and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and workforce reports covering headcount, hiring, attrition, retention, utilization, bench, employee movement, workforce costs, and other key HR metrics across all three BUs.
• Experience working closely with US/onshore HR teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong HRMS experience; exposure to Zoho People or similar HR platforms and HR process automation will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and people‑management skills.
• Ability to work during the US shift and manage multiple priorities across three BUs.High level of confidentiality, integrity, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Ability to identify operational gaps and proactively implement process improvements and standardized HR practices.
