Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. in India seeks a Senior HR Manager for USA HR operations, onboarding, and compliance. The role requires 15+ years of HR/staffing experience with strong US IT staffing expertise and hands-on knowledge of W2, 1099 and C2C models.

• 15+ years of HR/Staffing experience; focus on US IT Staffing.
• US IT staffing experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of US HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with W2, 1099, and C2C employment models.
• Working knowledge of I-9, E Verify, background checks and US employment compliance.
• Understanding of US federal and state employment regulations.
• Experience coordinating with payroll, finance, recruitment, delivery, and business teams.
• Strong documentation, process management and compliance skills.
• Excellent decision making, analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong communication with candidates, clients, vendors, and senior management.
