Job summary

ValzoSoft in Hyderabad (evening shift) is seeking an HR professional to support US consultant onboarding, documentation and compliance workflows. The role involves coordinating onboarding, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify, benefits enrolment, and lifecycle documentation.

You will work closely with recruiting, payroll, immigration and client-service teams to ensure accurate, timely service. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA/HR specialization is preferred, with 2+ years in US HR or workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or HR specialisation preferred.
• 2+ years in US HR, staffing or workforce operations.
• Working knowledge of US onboarding and employment documentation.
• Strong written communication, accuracy and service orientation.
