Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in US HR Onboarding and US Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US onboarding and compliance processes, including W2, I-9, and E-Verify.
• Hands-on experience with US invoicing, AR, AP, timesheets, collections, and reconciliations.
• Experience working on QuickBooks Online (QBO) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
