Job summary

Health Source Group seeks a Senior Healthcare Recruiter and Team Lead to join our expanding team in India. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles, drive client satisfaction, and mentor junior recruiters while collaborating with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in healthcare staffing, experience with nursing homes, hospitals, and long-term care facilities, and a proven track record of meeting placement goals in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of healthcare staffing agency recruiting experience required.
• Prior experience recruiting for nursing homes, long-term care facilities, schools, or healthcare organizations strongly preferred.
• Experience staffing RNs, LPNs, CNAs, aides, and other healthcare professionals.
• Previous account management, staffing coordination, or client relationship experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Experience working with ATS platforms, MSP programs, and healthcare staffing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to successfully fill client staffing needs from sourcing through placement.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients and healthcare facilities.
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and database searches.
• Maintain consistent candidate engagement and follow-up throughout the hiring process.
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to meet recruiting goals and client expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
• Meet recruiting metrics, placement goals, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Approach challenges with professionalism, urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
