Keka Inc. is seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and hire healthcare professionals for US-based clients. You will work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process while maintaining US healthcare compliance.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle W2, 1099, and C2C models, and build pipelines via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Strong collaboration with clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US healthcare compliance, credential verification, and background screenings.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

Job description

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and hire healthcare professionals for various clients across the United States. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process while maintaining compliance with US healthcare hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and hire healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Allied Healthcare, and Medical Staff) for US-based clients.

Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Work on W2 recruitment , 1099 , and C2C hiring models as per client requirements.

Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.) , LinkedIn, and networking.

Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.

Ensure US healthcare compliance including credential verification, license checks, and background screenings.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure excellent candidate experience.

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
