Position: Executive / Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)

Shift: US Shift (Flexible to work weekends as per business needs)

Experience Required: 2-7 years

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare roles - including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, LPNs, HEDIS Nurses, Medical Coders, high-volume positions like Contact Center Representatives, and other allied roles—from sourcing through to successful onboarding.
• Source active and passive candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other healthcare-specific tools.
• Conduct cold calls and engage candidates effectively to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding and joining.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and manage internal recruitment reports using Excel.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver within a timeline.
• Be flexible to support weekend hiring drives as per business requirements.
