You will source, screen, and interview candidates, manage multiple openings, and ensure compliance with healthcare credentials and licensing requirements. Strong communication and ATS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment/staffing.
• Experience recruiting for US Healthcare Staffing is highly required.
• Familiarity with healthcare credentials, licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Recruit healthcare professionals such as RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Medical Assistants, Therapists, Allied Health professionals, and others.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups; manage multiple openings and candidates simultaneously.
• Work with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and healthcare compliance requirements.
