The role requires 6–10 years of experience in US staffing contracts, with strong negotiation, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Finance, and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation, communication and risk management skills.

Experience: 6-10 Years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate MSA, SOW, PO, WO, NDA, and Vendor Agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and operational requirements.
• Manage contract execution, renewals, amendments, and audits.
• Support W2, C2C, and staffing compliance processes.
• Work closely with Sales, Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Finance, Clients, and MSP/VMS programs.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and compliance risks.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in US Staffing Contracts and Legal Operations.
• Thorough understanding of MSA, SOW, PO, WO, NDA, and vendor agreements.
• Knowledge of US staffing compliance and employment-related obligations.
• Experience with MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
• Excellent contract negotiation, communication, and risk management skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 810 years of relevant experience in US Staffing Contracts, Legal, and Compliance.
