Job summary

Collabera Talent Solutions in Baroda is seeking a Contract and Compliance professional to verify and validate contracts, ensure adherence to client compliances, and raise findings for missing or incomplete documents.

You will review terms, coordinate with internal stakeholders, resolve contract obligations queries, advise on roadblocks, standardize agreements, and provide backend support to the Legal Department while maintaining timely delivery and 100% accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Law (LLB) or equivalent with desired experience of 1 year.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to details and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review terms and conditions of contracts and coordinate with internal stakeholders for compliance.
• Resolve queries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
• Advise on workarounds for contract roadblocks and mitigate risks.
• Standardize, improvise and vet contracts and agreements.
• Sign off on matters referred to Contracts department and support Legal.
• Understand complex contracts and propose solutions based on priority.
• Provide backend support to the Legal Department and act as liaison with sub-contractors.
• Prepare reports and track exceptions for senior management.

Job Role involves:

• Reviewingthe terms and conditions of various contracts (Staffing, Direct Hire, Managed Services)and co-ordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Resolving queries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
• Advising on workarounds for contract roadblocks and solutions to mitigate contract risks.
• Standardizing, improvising andvetting of various agreements / contracts
• Giving sign off on the matters referred toContractsdepartment
• Understanding complex contracts and breakingdown the issues based on criticality level and suggesting solutions.
• Providing efficient back end support to theLegalDepartment.
• Acting as the primary contact between the Delivery Team and Sub-contractors, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
• Preparing reports and keeping a track of all the exceptions, for the perusal of the senior management.
