We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – Legal (Compliance) to lead legal advisory, regulatory compliance, contract management, corporate governance, and legal support for business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enterprise-level projects requiring legal and compliance inputs.
• Provide legal advisory, contract review, drafting, negotiation, and contract management support.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Identify potential compliance gaps and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective actions.
• Draft and review statutory/internal policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage regulatory support, due diligence, and interactions with government authorities.
• Advise and train internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, external legal counsels, advocates, and consultants.
• Facilitate Board, shareholder, and committee meetings and provide legal guidance on matters with legal implications.
• Provide legal inputs on company products and relevant customer/product documentation.
• Support negotiation and settlement matters with appropriate approvals.
• Work closely with the Government Relations (GR) function to address potential legal and regulatory challenges.
• Lead and manage a team of legal/compliance professionals.
