Job summary

Valueonshore is seeking a Contract Management professional in Gurgaon to lead end-to-end contract operations. The role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate contract creation and documentation, including reviewing customer-redlined scopes against master agreements and flagging deviations.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in contract management or operations, with expertise in SOW alignment, risk assessment, and legal/ commercial risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Contract Management or Operations.
• Experience with vSOW / cSOW structures and back-to-back contract alignment.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of contract management processes including SOW creation and review.
• Review and redline contracts; assess legal risk and suggest next steps.
• Experience working with global or cross-functional teams.
• Legal training or exposure to commercial/contract law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract management operations across multiple business segments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective operational solutions.

• Align vendor and customer SOW and highlight risks where customer changes affect back-to-back terms.
• Review Master Agreements to identify customizations and their impact on pricing and contracting.
• Identify risks arising from customer-requested changes that impact back-to-back protections.
• Coordinate with legal, commercial, procurement, and delivery stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and compliance.
• Draft SOWs based on technical requirements, ensuring vendor and customer obligations are clearly captured.

The position also demands strong contract management skills with a legal acumen, particularly in deals that involve vendors and customers.
