Job summary

VLink Inc is seeking experienced recruiters and senior recruiters to support IT hiring for US-based roles. You will manage end-to-end IT recruitment, source candidates via portals and LinkedIn, screen and submit qualified candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, and maintain delivery metrics from our Noida onsite office.

Role targets US-based IT roles with potential for strong incentives and growth within a fast-growing digital technology services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computers required.
• Experience in IT recruitment, ideally for US/Canada govt roles.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.

• Screen and submit qualified candidates within turnaround time.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Recruiters & Sr. Recruiters to support hiring for US based IT roles working exclusively with US & Canada Govt. roles, SIs, Tiers, Direct Clients and MSP/VMS. This role demands strong delivery ownership, quality submissions and client-centric execution.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles

• Screen and submit qualified candidates within turnaround time
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers and ensure successful starts
