Job summary

KellyOCG in Bengaluru is hiring for MSP/VMS recruiting specialists to source and place IT/engineering talent for US/Canada clients. You will manage full lifecycle recruiting, screen candidates, and build talent pipelines while meeting KPIs and compliance requirements.

The role requires collaboration with leaders and delivery teams, with a focus on quality hires and stakeholder management. Flexible shift timing and Bangalore office presence are part of the arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred STEM degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Telecom, Life Sciences, Biotech, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• MSP/VMS recruiting (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
• Knowledge of Science, Engineering, Technology, or Telecom & Digital Infrastructure labor markets.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate candidate fit.

• We want people with IT , Engineering , Scientific hiring background with a combination of MSP hiring experience .
• There are 2 Shift Timings - 5:30PM to 2:30AM IST (During daylight savings 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST) (EST shift)
• Mode of work 3days working from KellyOCG office (Near Trinity Metro circle (Metro station)) Subject to change on Business requirement. During training period and as per other business requirements all 5days working from KellyOCG office
• Candidates has to be from Bangalore location , no outstation candidates
• We provide drop facility for 5:30PM to 2:30AM IST (EST shift)
• Shift allowance 650Rs per day on all working days. Which is not included in the CTC
• CTC range – Fixed 7,50,000INR
• Joining dates of batches – 26thOctober 2026,30th November 2026
