Job summary

Shri Keshav Cements Infra seeks a detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage end-to-end bookkeeping for our clients using QuickBooks Online. You will handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and chart of accounts maintenance, and support accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing.

You will follow our Maker-Checker QC process and review your own work before submission, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and basic taxation knowledge.

Qualifications

• Hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with payroll processing.
• Basic taxation knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping for our existing clients using QuickBooks Online, including bank reconciliations, journal entries and chart of accounts maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a candidate with hands-on bookkeeping experience, strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, and familiarity with payroll processing and basic taxation. Good written and spoken English is required.
