Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Graduation/Post graduation in Accounting & Finance Bcom/BBA/Mcom/MBA/CA Inter, CWA Inter.
• Exposure to US accounting in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in English (C1).

• Provide accounting and bookkeeping support to U.S.-based customers using QuickBooks Online.
• Assist customers with QuickBooks Online features, processes, and queries.

Role Overview

We are looking for a QuickBooks Online Accounting Expert with strong bookkeeping and accounting experience to support U.S.-based customers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, excellent accounting fundamentals, and strong customer-facing communication skills.

This role requires an individual who can understand customer requirements, troubleshoot accounting-related queries, provide appropriate solutions, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and bookkeeping support to U.S.-based customers using QuickBooks Online.
• Assist customers with QuickBooks Online features, processes, and accounting-related queries.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of QuickBooks Online Payroll, Payments, and Sales Tax.
• Support customers with data migration and related accounting scenarios.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate, consultative recommendations.
• Explain accounting concepts and product functionality clearly to customers.
• Resolve customer queries with strong attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
• Handle multiple customer interactions and tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new accounting concepts, products, tools, and processes.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision.
• Maintain service quality during peak and seasonal periods.
