Job summary

The company in Rajsamand, Rajasthan is seeking an experienced Production & Execution Manager who can independently manage and execute machine manufacturing work strictly as per approved engineering drawings, specifications, and production schedules.

The candidate should be able to oversee from drawing → material → fabrication → machining → assembly → testing → final machine readiness and ensure that work is completed correctly and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5+ years in heavy machinery / industrial machinery manufacturing.
• Strong ability to read mechanical engineering drawings.
• Practical knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining and mechanical assembly.
• Experience with large industrial machines, heavy structures, shafts, bearings, hydraulic systems and mechanical assemblies.
• Understand tolerances, fits, alignment and measurement instruments.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, BOMs and assembly drawings.
• Plan daily and weekly production activities according to machine requirements.
• Allocate work to fabricators, machinists, fitters, welders and other workers.
• Ensure every component is manufactured as per drawing and specified dimensions.
• Check fabrication, welding, machining and assembly quality at every stage.
• Coordinate with the design/engineering team whenever there is any drawing-related issue or clarification.
• Ensure that workers do not make changes to drawings or dimensions without approval.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with purchase/store teams.

About the Role

The candidate should be capable of taking responsibility from drawing → material → fabrication → machining → assembly → testing → final machine readiness and ensure that work is completed correctly and on time.
