Mehar Tableware in Rajasthan, India seeks an Export Coordinator to manage export orders end-to-end—from PO receipt to shipment—and to coordinate with international buyers on specifications and timelines.

The role involves reviewing POs, approvals for samples and packaging, tracking production, coordinating logistics, preparing export documents and maintaining accurate records. Strong English, Excel/ERP skills, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; export management/intl business preferred.
• 25 years of experience in Export Merchandising/Export Coordination or Export Backend Operations.
• Experience with international buyers and export-oriented manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage export orders end-to-end from PO receipt to shipment.
• Coordinate with international buyers on orders, specs and timelines.
• Review POs for pricing, quantities, specifications and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate samples, PP samples, artwork and packaging approvals.
• Follow up with Production, QA/QC and Packaging for timely execution.
• Monitor production status and flag delays or deviations.
• Coordinate with Logistics for container planning, dispatch and shipments.
• Prepare and coordinate export & shipping documentation.
• Track shipments and provide order/shipment updates to buyers.
• Coordinate with Accounts on payments and commercial documentation.
• Maintain accurate PO, approval, order and shipment records.
• Resolve buyer queries via cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare weekly/monthly order status and shipment reports.
• Support Export/BD team in maintaining strong international buyer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• 25 years of experience in Export Merchandising, Export Coordination or Export Backend Operations.
• Experience working with international buyers and export-oriented manufacturing companies preferred.
• Candidates from Homeware, Tableware, Melamine, Ceramics, Kitchenware or Consumer Products will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
