Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Executive to manage international sales and export operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing overseas markets, generating export orders, maintaining relationships with international clients, and ensuring smooth execution of export shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international sales and export business across assigned countries/markets.
• Identify and develop new overseas customers and distributors.
• Generate leads through email, phone calls, online platforms, exhibitions, and other business channels.
• Communicate with international clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
• Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, price offers, and sales proposals.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Follow up with customers from inquiry to order confirmation and payment.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, accounts, and documentation teams for timely order execution.
• Handle export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other required documents.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA, International Business, 1 or 3 years of experience in Export Sales, International Sales, Export Marketing, or International Business.
