• Experience in managing end-to-end HR operations and manpower planning.
• Proven recruitment, onboarding, and retention experience in a healthcare setup preferred.
• Strong employee relations handling, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Experience with attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR MIS.
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR policy compliance is essential.
• Ability to drive performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing with department heads and prepare manpower dashboards.
