  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; Masters Degree/MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 12 to 18 years of progressive Generalist HR experience, with a strong preference for candidates with healthcare or hospital operations exposure.
  • Domain Expertise: Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, NABH/NABL HR standards, and workforce planning.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing HR teams across multi-location units.
  • HR Technology & Analytics: Proficient in HRIS platforms, digital HR tools, and data-driven HR metrics reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating under high-pressure healthcare environments
