Job summary

Pioneer Property Zone Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Mall Operations Associate to manage day-to-day mall activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of common areas and coordinating with tenants, housekeeping, security, and engineering for operational needs.

The role requires conducting regular mall rounds, addressing tenant and customer complaints promptly, monitoring vendor performance, supporting events, and maintaining daily reports and incident records in line with SOPs and safety

• Handle day-to-day operations of the mall and ensure smooth functioning of all common areas.
• Coordinate with tenants, housekeeping, security, engineering and other vendors for operational requirements.
• Conduct regular mall rounds and ensure cleanliness, safety and operational standards.
• Attend to tenant/customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor vendor performance and follow up on pending issues.
• Support mall events, promotions and special activities.
• Maintain daily operational reports, checklists and incident records.
• Ensure compliance with mall SOPs, safety and operational guidelines.
