Job summary

JITO in Raipur is seeking a responsible Mall Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day mall operations during the evening to night shift. The candidate will coordinate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth functioning and address operational requirements.

The role requires strong communication skills, ability to work with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other teams, and a focus on timely issue resolution and shift handovers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day mall operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other operational teams.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, discipline, and proper functioning of common areas.
• Monitor and address operational issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers as required.
• Conduct regular floor inspections and maintain operational standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important updates to management.
• Handle emergency or operational situations and escalates issues when required.
• Ensure smooth closing and handover of mall operations at the end of the shift.
