Job summary

Zoho is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee mall operations' technicals, including MEP, electrical, fire & safety, facility maintenance, IT infrastructure, and vendor management.

You will manage Electrical, HVAC, DG, elevators/escalators, plumbing, STP/WTP, and ensure fire safety compliance, drills, and coordination with Fire NOC. This role demands hands-on oversight and strong vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in mall/commercial facility or large building technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, electrical systems and fire safety.
• Familiarity with NBC and local fire safety regulations.
• Experience in vendor/AMC management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical, HVAC, DG, Elevators/Escalators, Plumbing and MEP systems.
• Oversee Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Hose Reel and Smoke Detection systems.
• Ensure fire safety compliance, drills, documentation and Fire NOC coordination.
• Plan preventive maintenance and minimize equipment breakdowns.
• Coordinate tenancy fit-outs and minor civil works.
• Monitor energy consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee CCTV, Access Control, IT infrastructure and basic IT/POS infrastructure.
