• Identify top 10 & bottom 10 brands by trading density and budget achievement.
• Develop quarterly retailer engagement calendar and ensure adherence.
• Coordinate with marketing to define RSI questionnaire.
• Implement rewards schemes and conduct retailer competitions.
• Ensure stock availability and seasonal stock, with proper merchandise levels.
• Ensure safety and security of mall properties, customers and retailers.
• Manage outsourced agency staff and follow weekly/monthly plan schedules.
• Resolve retailer and customer issues in day-to-day operations.
• Carry out daily mall operations and upkeep.

Position Summary: Role holder is responsible for day-to-day operations of mall maintain retailer relations and drive engagement initiatives to increase footfall and sale. Job Description

• Identity top 10 & bottom 10 brands basis Trading density & Budget achievement %, be in constant touch with them on timely basis to appreciate OR perform as per expectations.
• Develop retailers' engagement calendar for each quarter and ensure timely adherence of the calendar
• Connect regularly with retailers
• Ensure timely closure of operational issues of the retailers
• Ensure implementation of define merchandise levels for each category of retailer
• Ensure fresh stock in store on periodic basis and without any stock out situations
• Ensure stocks availability in store as per season in advance
• Ensure suitable visual merchandise done in store as per theme/ season
• Ensure timey collection of retailers dues
• Analyse the survey result and submit report to HOD
• Co-ordinate with the marketing team to define RSI questionnaire
• Design and implement a rewards and recognition scheme for retailers
• Conduct various competitions in mall among Retailers
• Celebrate store birthdays on monthly basis
• Anticipate retailers needs and take appropriate action and ensure high level of shopper and retailers satisfaction
• Resolving Customers and Retailers issues
• Responsible for day-to-day mall operation and mall upkeep
• Ensure Safety & Security of mall properties, customers and retailers
• Handling outsourced agencies staff effectively i.e. Security, Housekeeping. Parking Facility, Pest Control, Horticulture etc. Follow weekly, fortnightly, and monthly plan schedules for the mall operations.
• Carry out daily briefings for with outsourced agencies to discuss issues, solutions, and plan for the day
