Job summary

Capital Placement is seeking a Sales Manager – Loans to drive loan sales in Gurgaon. The role focuses on building relationships with DSAs and channel partners, promoting a range of loan products, and guiding a sales team to meet targets.

You will manage end‑to‑end processes from enquiry to disbursement and coordinate with banks and credit teams. The candidate should have 3+ years of loan sales experience, with MBA/PGDM preferred, and strong communication to excel in a target‑driven environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in loan/financial services sales.
• Experience in Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan or secured/unsecured lending preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship management and target-oriented approach.
