Job summary

Tata Capital in Gurugram invites a dynamic sales professional to drive retail loan growth, cross-sell, and strengthen client relationships. You will manage end-to-end loan processes and lead a team to achieve ambitious targets, while ensuring RBI compliance and regulatory standards.

In this role you will leverage market insights, network with clients, and coordinate with Operations and Credit to push disbursements and profitability. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

• Cross selling initiatives to upgrade client relationships.
• Build and retain a growing base of customers for retail loan products.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team of Relationship Managers.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for Retail loan products.
• Retain and expand the customer base for retail loans to ensure repeat business or referrals.
• Maximize sales through a network and relationships to ensure strong business.
• Develop and maintain strong client liaisons for repeat business or referrals.
• Ensure files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with Operations and Credit.
• Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers to meet targets.
• Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
• Lead and supervise growth initiatives through training, motivation and deployment strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to shape sales strategies.
• Provide feedback to central product and policy teams to stay ahead in the market.
• Ensure compliance with Audit / RBI regulations and internal processes.

• Retain and expand the companys base of customers for retail loan product so as to ensure repeat business or referrals
• Maximize sales through a network and relationships to ensure strong business
• Develop and maintain strong liaisons with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
• Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
• Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers so as to assure achievement of team results and thereby meet the business targets and profitability of the area
• Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
• Lead and supervise the team for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies
• Constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
• Use understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
• Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.
