The role requires 10+ years in electronic security projects, deep product knowledge (fire alarm, CCTV, access control, BMS, PA, barriers), strong vendor and PMC relationships, and the ability to work with consultants to win new business.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of project sales experience in Electronic Security Systems.
• MBA or BE in Electrical/Electronics.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access control, Building Management System, PA, Boom Barriers/entry automation, Intrusion systems and integration.
• Strong vendor/OEM relationships and market connect.
• Excellent relationships with regional MEP consultants and PMC companies.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines on Fire and Electronic Security Systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Consultants and PMC for specking and Tender preparations.
• Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals.
• Implement effective sales strategies to win new business and retain existing.
• Manage the entire life cycle of the new sale from Mapping to order closure.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Maintain relationship and generate business from verticals like Real Estate, Hospitality, Hospitals, IT, Pharma, Fit-out, Commercial, E-commerce, Data centre and Global Accounts.
• Develop long term sales strategies and work closely with the senior management to meet company objectives.

Qualifications & Skill requirements:

• MBA/Engineering Degree BE in electrical/electronics.
• 10+ years of Project Sales experience in the Electronic Security Systems Industry.
• Superior knowledge of Electronic Security Systems.
• Strong in Vendor management, OEM relationship, Client management and good Market connect.
• Thorough knowledge of products like Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Access control, Building Management system, PA, Boom Barriers/entry automation solutions, Intrusion systems and all other kind of electronic security systems including experience on Integration of all electronic security systems.
• Strong relationship with Regional MEP consultants and PMC companies.
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines on Fire and Electronic Security Systems.
