Integrate HR in Bengaluru invites a seasoned sales professional to shape short- and long-term sales strategies and drive revenue within budgeted profits. The role emphasizes building a robust pipeline and leading bid teams to convert RFQs into sales orders.

You will develop product catalogues and semi-automated bidding processes to speed responses while maintaining strong customer engagement.

Aufgaben

• Formulation of short-term and long-term sales strategy and meeting targets within budgeted profits.
• Monitor RFQ conversion and ensure conversions from RFQs to sales orders; manage bid team and ensure timely bids.
• Develop a healthy sales pipeline, create product catalogue and semi-automated bidding to reduce turn-around time; interact with customers daily/weekly/monthly.

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Monitoring and tracking conversion of contacts into RFQs and RFQs in to sales orders. Manage bid team and ensure all bids are responded properly on time. Develop strong and optimised processess and ensure compliance Create product catalogue & semi automised bidding process to ensure less turn around time Daily/ weekly/ Monthly and other periodical interaction with Customers.
