Requirements & Qualifications

Key Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the aviation industry, or a closely related sector (e.g., transportation, logistics).
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart, Tableau, Power BI), and familiarity with ERP systems, CRM software, and aviation-specific software tools.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Management: Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the aviation industry, including trends, regulations, and operational challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
• Experience with aviation regulatory compliance and industry standards (e.g., IATA, FAA).
• Experience working with aviation-specific software tools for operations, logistics, or customer service.
