Job summary

Fortuna Retail seeks an experienced inside sales professional to drive end-to-end sales of premium gemstones via phone, video and digital channels, engaging high-net-worth clients and closing high-value deals.

You will convert inbound and outbound leads, consistently hit revenue targets, build repeat business through follow-ups, referrals and upselling, and own your pipeline and CRM to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Gemstone or jewellery sales experience.
• 4+ years of inside sales or high-ticket sales.
• Strong HNI client handling, negotiation and closing skills.
• CRM proficiency and target-driven mindset.
