• Deliver exceptional customer consultations through personalized guidance on gemstone selection, jewelry styling, and customization options across online and offline channels.
• Build strong product expertise around semi-precious gemstones, including their origin, quality, properties, and value, to confidently educate and influence customers.
• Create engaging product presentations and storytelling experiences that highlight the beauty, symbolism, and uniqueness of each gemstone and jewelry piece.
