Hiring an Import Procurement / Purchase Executive for a manufacturing industry.

• Responsible for procurement of chemicals, raw materials and other required materials through domestic and international sourcing.
• Handle import procedures, documentation, customs clearance, CHA and freight forwarding coordination.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, purchase orders, vendor quotations and commercial documents.
• Develop and evaluate suppliers and negotiate on price, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Finance, Logistics and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
• Manage import duties, GST, freight and landed cost calculations.
• Track import shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials.
