• Coordinate with international vendors and forwarders for timely and accurate import operations.
• Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in alignment with company policies.
• Track and monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate clear communication and coordination between internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of import activities and support audit requirements.
• Resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or documentation errors.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and compliance standards.
