Job summary

Highbond Coatings Pvt Ltd is seeking a results-driven technical sales professional to grow our industrial protective coatings business in Pune and Bangalore. You will provide product knowledge, support applications, and tailor presentations to client needs.

2–4 years in sales or marketing in waterproofing or construction chemicals, strong communication, and the ability to explain complex concepts are essential. Travel to meet clients is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record in technical sales, specifically in industrial protective coatings.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on win-win outcomes.
• Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

2/4 years of sales or marketing experience or a relevant role à preferably in Waterproofing, Epoxy Floor Coating, Construction chemicals field. Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
