Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking a UNIX SQL Production Support Engineer to monitor production applications, resolve incidents, and ensure system availability. You will troubleshoot UNIX/Linux servers, analyze logs for root causes, and run SQL queries for validation and reporting.

Collaborating with development, database, and infrastructure teams, you will support deployments and change requests, perform health checks, and contribute to knowledge articles.

Qualifications

• Experience in UNIX/Linux production support.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SSIS.
• Experience with incident management and on-call support.

Responsibilities
